All applications completed outside this time will not be processed and will not qualify for the waiting list. How to do business with PCHA

The Pinellas County Housing Authority is hosting a workshop for all potential vendors and contractors on August 10th, 2017 at 3:00 PM. It will be located at our main office. To reserve a spot please call Hope Olda at 727.443.7684 x 3030 or email at holda@pinellashousing.com

This workshop will provide information and guidance on PCHA’s procurement.

The workshop will cover:

  • Formal and Informal Bidding Processes
  • Section 3
  • Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE)
  • Davis-Bacon Requirements

PCHA Offers Development Opportunity

The Pinellas County Housing Authority is selling 13.2 acres of prime vacant waterfront land on Lake Seminole in Largo.
