Properties in foreclosure are not eligible.

Pinellas County Housing Authority (PCHA) is currently undergoing a tax credit project which will require the relocation of 180 families temporarily for a period of 12 months. This relocation will begin in mid-October 2013 with families moved every two weeks until relocation is completed (estimated March 2014). We are looking for quality, affordable housing as rental options for these families. Specifically, we are looking for units located within a 5 mile radius of French Villas Apartments (33709 zip code).
With this relocation, PCHA will provide rental assistance for the families during the 12 months they will be residing in an open market unit of their choice. Unlike the Housing Choice Voucher Program, the unit will not be tied to a Housing Assistance Contract. However, the unit will be subject to a Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspection prior to the resident occupying the dwelling.

ADA Units/Homes/Condos: All Bedroom Sizes
